Anger shows you where your boundaries are.
Shame reveals the parts of you that need acceptance & healing.
Fear shows you where your greatest power waits to be unleashed.
Regret invites you to forgive yourself.
Disappointment shows you where you hold unspoken expectations.
Anxiety reveals where you have an opportunity to build self- trust & confidence.
Sadness indicates the need to grieve a loss.
We live in a society that teaches us to only accept "good" emotions and to repress & resist the uncomfortable ones. But the most uncomfortable emotions are often our greatest teachers.
