Hello All, It's Friday.
May your weekend be longer than a Monday morning and twice as fun.
A message of hope to all my fellow healthcare workers. Somewhere out there, a patient still remembers your kindness. A family still feels grateful for your care. You may not always see the impact, but you are changing lives. One shift, one patient, one moment at a time please never forget this.
Let's encourage each other when life seems unbearable! We care for everyone but ourselves. As you watch beautiful things fall into place for others, I hope you know that there is still time for you. You have not missed out on what was meant for you, even if it falls in place differently from how you expected it to.
The difference between ice and water is one degree. What if you were one step away from the life you want?!? Don't give up on it. Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Your smallest act of kindness could be the key that unlocks someone else's strength to face their struggles. Heal out LOUD cause I nearly died in silence.
If you are struggling, it is OK to ask for help. You are not alone and this is not the end of your story.
