Dr. Kimberly Delbo is an innovative, heart coherent, nurse leader, speaker, consultant, and educator with over 19 years of experience serving as a trailblazer in diverse settings across the healthcare continuum, ranging from bedside to boardroom. She serves as a national advisory board member for Power Up Nursing. Dr. Delbo is dedicated to transforming healthcare through empathetic, human centered design and the creation of healthy work and learning environments while promoting cultures of health and sustainability. Throughout her career, Dr. Delbo has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for improving patient outcomes and staff well-being, utilizing innovative, evidence-based strategies to drive positive change in healthcare at the micro, meso, and macro levels. Dr. Delbo also serves as an assistant professor at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania.
