• Key Dates:

  • Reservation Cut-off: Book by September 30, 2024 to secure the conference rate. Rooms are limited, so act quickly before they sell out.

  • There is a credit card required for this reservation, but no deposit or hold will be placed on the card. Free cancellation before 11:59 PM local hotel time on October 9, 2024. After that there is a 1-night penalty for cancellations.

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, and check-out by 12:00 PM.
